What is Bonded ADSL?

Faster up to 7Mb downlink, 1Mb uplink

Resilient to line failures

Up to 4 ADSL lines are bonded together using the FireBrick, to provide a faster and more resilient Internet connection. If a line fails, the FireBrick automatically falls back to remaining lines. Find out  more >

Why use it?

You should consider Bonded ADSL if:-

  • a single ADSL connection is not sufficiently fast or reliable
  • you want leased line performance at lower cost
  • you need resilience - automatic fallback if a line fails
  • you require more uplink than ADSL can provide (250kb)
  • you are too far from exchange for 2Mb ADSL - bond Extended Reach 500kb lines
  • you are using VoIP so need more uplink and resilience
  • you are running web, mail or file servers for remote access
